We recently had a bathroom added to our second floor and Ro and his team were all very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Very pleased with the final product and I will use Ro's Plumbing again in the future.

Absolutely love this company! They came super fast! Super knowledgeable. Super personable. Did an amazing job replacing an old faulty ice maker line. I will definitely be calling them if we ever have any other issues! Run to call them for all your plumbing needs!

Bathtub clog! I tried snaking, magnet, but could not get the tub to drain, so I called Ro's and they were here the next morning, examined and determined it was the drain pipe in our garage within 30 min. Drain cleared ! Ro really is terrific with customer service and communication. If you're reading this then you're paying attention to what others say and take that into consideration. You really won't find a better all around plumber you can trust!

In my opinion, this is the model business. My interaction started with Melissa. Her concern for my situation was truly refreshing. The customer service is top-notch. I already used their services twice and was absolutely amazed at their professionalism and care. Rohan helped me to feel at ease when dealing with an extremely upsetting situation. His response to my emergency was fantastic. He even took the time to provide me with education about what every homeowner should know. I appreciate his patience and his friendly approach. Ro and his team ALWAYS deliver. I found this company a little over a year ago and have called them for every plumbing concern since. First call to Melissa is always answered kindly and quickly and she’s does her best to work with your schedule. Ro is super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explains everything so you understand the job fully. And the young gentleman that works with Ro- such a nice, respectful young man. Also great at explaining, ALWAYS respectful of my home, time and family. I’ve even seen this young man out driving the work van- he even drives responsibly and respectfully. It says a lot to be respectful when you know someone is watching you in their home. It says so much more to show respect when you don’t know they see you. I will always call on Ro’s Plumbing for any plumbing work!!!

Ro’s company did an excellent job highly recommend them …they were able to come out the same day and get my water heater fix and replaced. Very happy with there service will use them for for any problems. Thank you again!!
